Refund Policy

1. 30 Day Return Policy
 

Bruer® LLC will gladly accept all unused or defective merchandise for return. All unused merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

 

Important Note: All Custom Work is NOT eligible for return. All sales are final on this merchandise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. There will be no returns on special order items.

 

2.  Returning Merchandise

 

a. Customers must notify Bruer® LLC of any damages, returns, or discrepancies within five business days of the delivery of the order. Claims made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Returned stock outside of these five days will be subject to administrative charges.

 

b. Contact our Customer Support team via email at sales@bruer.co and request the required Returned Merchandise Authority (RMA) # for your return. Do not ship any return until provided a RMA #.

 

c. Pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging and adhere your return shipping label and your RMA # to the outside of the package. Please ensure no other shipping labels are visible. Then ship the package back to us.

d. Bruer® LLC is not liable for return shipments that don't include our return shipping label. RMA # is still required if you use your own shipping method. All other policies apply.

 

e. Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items will need to be shipped back to our warehouse at the expense of the customer and will incur a restocking fee of 20 - 50% depending on the item.

3. Warranty
 

a. Some items carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty conditions must be noted with the item when purchased. Bruer® LLC’s warranty conditions may vary from the original warranty included by the manufacturer. The warranty extends to the end-user of the product and not to the reseller.

 

b. For warranty claims, the end-user must present Bruer® LLC with proof of purchase showing the item, seller’s details and date. Warranty may not be valid if purchased from an unauthorized reseller. Some repairs under warranty do not include the cost of shipping the goods to the authorized repair agent. The cost of labor on repairs may not be included in any warranty.

 

 

4. Claims
 

a. Any damages, returns or order discrepancies will need to be notified within 5 working days of the delivery of any order. Claims made outside this time frame will not be accepted. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Returned stock outside of the 5 days will be subject to administrative charges.

 

b. Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items will need to be shipped back at the purchaser’s expense and will incur a restocking fee. These goods need to be in a good sellable condition. No returns of any type will be accepted without a return authorization.

 

c. Missing shipments must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipping date so we can lodge an investigation with the freight company. Claims after this time cannot be processed.
