This week's featured coffee is Temple Coffee's Ethiopia Boke Natural Espresso Grade 1. Lately, It's been one of our favorite coffees to brew up in our office, and we're excited to share it with you all.

  • Altitude: 1850 - 2100 MASL
  • Varietals: Locally Selected
  • Production Method: Natural

How we brewed it

  • 60g medium grind
  • 700ml ice/water mix
  • 1 drip/second initial drip rate
  • 5-6 hour brew

What we tasted

Juicy. Citrusy. Dark chocolate. Raspberries. Syrupy sweetness. Bright and lively. These are some of the things that come to mind while drinking this delicious cold brew. We love how the lively citrus and berries come through on the first sip followed by rich unsweetened chocolate notes. Great complexity to this cold brew! Adding a little milk masks that citrus acidity and the more straightforward chocolate qualities are left. We're not surprised coffee review gave it 94pts.
